The house is located 500m from the town center of Francorchamps with the F1 circuit within walking distance (1.5km).  Other major attractions are the cosy town of Coo (Coo Waterfalls, Plopsa Coo, Coo Adventure) and the old city of Stavelot (abbey), Spa (Thermes) and Malmedy.

In the neighbourhood, there are plenty of options for hiking or you can bring your mountainbike or race bike to ride the hills.  Liège-Bastogne-Liège is passing in front of the house in April with Côté de la Haute Levée a few kilometres before and Côte du Rosier a few kilometres further.  Also the climbs of Côte du Stockeu, Côte de Wanne or Thier de Coo are very nearby.
